SHIPPING

All orders are packed with care + ship from Austin, TX. Orders will be shipped with USPS within 5 business days, but I do my best to ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping to Canada is $20 for the first piece + $10 per additional piece. Shipping to other countries is available, but not offered directly from the website. Please email me to inquire about international rates.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from both Slow North (78757) + East Austin (78721). Orders are generally ready for pickup within 1-3 days. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS + DAMAGED ITEMS

If there is a problem with your order, please email me within 48 hours of receiving it.

In case of damage during shipping, please email photos of the item + packaging. Please keep the original packaging until the investigation has been completed by the carrier.
