Crawling Light
This handbuilt vessel has an oval base and an off-center opening, giving it an intentional, quiet imbalance. Made from dark stoneware, it’s glazed in a white shino that crawls across the surface—leaving beads of glaze and exposed patches of clay. The contrast between soft white and deep brown gives the piece texture, rhythm, and depth.
